Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately document and update patient records, insurance details, and service requests in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Resolve inquiries related to medical billing, claims processing, appointment scheduling, and eligibility verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical coders and billing specialists, to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of healthcare policies, procedures, and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors while proposing potential solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or BPO industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent and clear diction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling sensitive healthcare information.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and healthcare management software (training provided).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends, to support global clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
