Responsibility

  • Contact debtors via phone, email, or other channels to arrange payment plans or settlements.
  • Negotiate repayment terms and document all agreements accurately in the system.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including calls, emails, and payment arrangements.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize financial losses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to verify account details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debts.
  • Stay updated on company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or call center operations (preferably in e-commerce or financial services).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in Kuta, Badung on a contract basis.
