Responsibility
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or other channels to arrange payment plans or settlements.
- Negotiate repayment terms and document all agreements accurately in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including calls, emails, and payment arrangements.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize financial losses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify account details and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debts.
- Stay updated on company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or call center operations (preferably in e-commerce or financial services).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Kuta, Badung on a contract basis.
