Responsibility
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve e-commerce-related issues, including order tracking, returns, and product inquiries.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
