Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functionality of all systems and equipment.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of facility staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate space planning and office layouts to maximize efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
