Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in retail properties to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other technicians to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly and effectively to ensure business continuity.
- Recommend upgrades or modifications to electrical systems to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an electrical technician, preferably in commercial or retail environments.
- Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working in confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
