Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across hospital facilities.
- Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including drills, training programs, and crisis response planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire suppression systems, alarms, and emergency equipment.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local fire departments, regulatory agencies, and safety consultants.
- Analyze incident reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to facilities management staff on safety best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in healthcare or large-scale facilities.
- Certification in fire safety (e.g., CFPS, NFPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian fire safety regulations and international standards (NFPA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, emergency planning, and safety training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable safety improvement plans.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
