Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities to ensure store facilities meet operational and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and address any issues promptly.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized maintenance, renovations, or emergency repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies (e.g., power outages, leaks) and coordinate rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute facility upgrades or space reconfigurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and external vendors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced situations.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or CMMS is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and handle hands-on tasks as needed.
