Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a specialist clinic setting, including pre- and post-procedure support.
- Assist surgeons and specialist doctors during medical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment (Scrub Nurse role).
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed, while monitoring patient vital signs and responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent patient needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or surgical setting (Scrub Nurse experience is a plus).
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
