Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and ethical standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with a focus on individualized treatment and recovery.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families, promoting health awareness and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.
- Participate in emergency response and critical care situations with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep or Ners) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication with international patients.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required; ACLS or other specialized certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated compassion, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
