Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Assist cardiologists during consultations, procedures, and diagnostic tests, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and processing medical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology nursing and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with preference given to candidates with cardiology or critical care experience.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic life support (BLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
