Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor the overall well-being of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper hygiene and injury prevention.
- Manage and restock first aid supplies and medical equipment.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and certification.
