Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, EMS providers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on Zoll Medical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Zoll Medical products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the hospital and EMS market in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
