Responsibility
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate healthcare-related processes and systems.
- Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects or deviations, working closely with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate QA metrics, KPIs, and performance trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align QA strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare QA.
- Prepare and present detailed QA reports to senior management and clients, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM), and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, GxP).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, CMQ/OE, or Lean Management are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QA automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong commitment to deadlines and quality.
