Responsibility
- Provide on-site first aid and emergency medical care to employees in compliance with occupational health protocols.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness checks to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace health programs, including ergonomic assessments and mental health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with HR to manage sick leave, disability cases, and return-to-work programs.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and hygiene best practices through workshops and training sessions.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals, specialist consultations, and medical evacuations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local and international occupational health regulations (e.g., OSHA, Indonesian Ministry of Health guidelines).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; active nursing license in Indonesia (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical practice.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; ACLS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety, infection control, and public health principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel to other company locations.
