Responsibility
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring.
- Perform clinical procedures such as IV therapy, catheter care, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess patients' health conditions, document progress, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal recovery and patient comfort.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-treatment care, and preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked for home visits.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in homecare, community health, or hospital settings.
- Proficiency in performing nursing procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and vital signs assessment.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based care environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
