As a Rider, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach designated spots efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibility
- Deliver and distribute vape products to assigned retail spots across Bali using an electric scooter.
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery while maintaining inventory records.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing product information and promoting sales.
- Monitor stock levels at assigned locations and report shortages or issues to the team.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating the electric scooter.
- Maintain the scooter in good condition, including charging and basic maintenance checks.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays or materials at retail spots as needed.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years with a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and locations (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness to handle delivery tasks and manage product loads.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation and reporting purposes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
