Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the head office on inventory replenishment, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
