Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all retail locations.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train store managers and sales teams to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product placement for maximum sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
