Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Beautyhaul’s product lines, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance product appeal.
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and skincare tutorials for clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Strong passion for beauty and cosmetics with a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and makeup application techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
