Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain statutory registers, minutes, and corporate records in compliance with ACRA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, documents, and resolutions for board and shareholder meetings.
  • Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory submissions.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies.
  • Monitor changes in corporate legislation and advise management on compliance implications.
  • Draft and review corporate policies, governance frameworks, and internal procedures.
  • Facilitate the incorporation, dissolution, or restructuring of entities as required.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and directors on corporate matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ICSA, ACRA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s ACRA regulations and corporate governance best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate secretarial software.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided for eligible candidates).
