Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and operational workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date records of patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of patient documents, forms, and medical records.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting, to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
