Responsibility
- Assist dentists and healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Greet patients, verify their information, and guide them through check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and maintain confidential files.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with patients and staff as needed.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Dental Assisting, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, dental office, or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
