Responsibility
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with accuracy and care
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens to maintain integrity
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a professional demeanor
- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies
- Document patient information and test details accurately
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples
- Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Valid RMT license in Indonesia
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
