Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to resort guests and staff.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs for individuals requiring medical attention.
- Administer basic life support (BLS) and CPR in critical situations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all incidents and treatments.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers for referrals and advanced medical care when needed.
- Educate staff on health and safety protocols, including hygiene and disease prevention.
- Manage and restock first aid kits and medical supplies across the resort.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international health regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or primary care.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, trauma care, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and staff.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
