Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
- Promote ACE Physiotherapy’s services through community engagement and patient referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license and registration with the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physiotherapy setting (new graduates with exceptional skills will be considered).
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
