Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners in assigned regions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to gather market feedback and refine product offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product management, medical sales, or clinical support roles.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
