Responsibility
- Verify and validate healthcare provider credentials, including education, training, certifications, and work history.
- Manage the licensing process for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Maintain and update credentialing databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to facilitate timely credentialing and licensing approvals.
- Monitor expiration dates for licenses and certifications, sending reminders for renewals to prevent lapses.
- Prepare and submit credentialing applications, following up on pending approvals and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and credentialing standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical credentialing, licensing, or healthcare administration (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, such as NCQA, URAC, or Joint Commission requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using credentialing software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations is a plus but not required.
