Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, appointments, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Accurately encode patient information, medical records, and test results into digital systems.
- Manage front-desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Handle phone and email communications with patients, doctors, and external partners.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, encoder, or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software; familiarity with medical records systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
