Responsibility

  • Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media to drive sales and provide exceptional service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products/services to meet their requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
  • Adapt to rotating shifts to ensure seamless customer support across different time zones.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or sales, with a preference for blended roles (sales + support).
  • Proven experience in omnichannel communication (chat, email, social media).
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office.
