Responsibility
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media to drive sales and provide exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products/services to meet their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Adapt to rotating shifts to ensure seamless customer support across different time zones.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or sales, with a preference for blended roles (sales + support).
- Proven experience in omnichannel communication (chat, email, social media).
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
