Responsibility

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage potential students (leads) through digital channels, cold calls, and networking.
  • Promote educational programs by highlighting benefits, features, and success stories to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through CRM tools or spreadsheets, ensuring follow-ups are timely and personalized.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and leverage campaigns for lead generation.
  • Provide consultative guidance to prospective students and parents, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics, sales performance, and feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and program updates to refine your pitch.
  • Attend virtual meetings, webinars, or training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both written and verbal English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or sales tracking software is advantageous.
  • Passion for education and helping others achieve their learning goals.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client interactions.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for potential in-person meetings.
