Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage corporate sales accounts, ensuring timely delivery of optical products and services.

  • Oversee order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through proactive communication and support.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Coordinator, Sales Assurance Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales coordination, preferably in the optical, healthcare, or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and sales tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
