Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting unique selling points and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, address client objections, and improve conversion rates.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or business services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
