Responsibility
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting the best auto finance options tailored to their needs.
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth financing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote financing solutions and special offers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using company systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of financial products, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
