Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for radiology imaging equipment.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices, through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical and clinical benefits of our imaging solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to customize proposals and address client concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in medical imaging.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of radiology equipment (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and their applications in clinical settings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
