Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
