Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auction, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend events.
