Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
