Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals in English.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales or business development.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian market is a plus.
