Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach in South Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or banking sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in agent recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the South Bali region.
