Responsibility
- Contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels to generate leads and close sales.
- Present and promote products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Basic computer literacy (proficient in email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
