As a Food Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with food service clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting food products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
