Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored pump and HVAC solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our industry-leading solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are optimized for performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the pumps, HVAC, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, HVAC solutions, and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
