Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client requirements analysis to identify technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Design and present customized technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and ROI projections.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, negotiate terms, and manage logistics.
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of technical product specifications, costing models, and project management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
