Note: Salary is converted to IDR based on the original RM range (1 MYR ≈ 3,500 IDR) for local relevance.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to recommend tailored investment, insurance, or wealth management solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value of JCSC Advisory’s services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide accurate and competitive advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, compliance) to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial planning tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
