Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the sanitary ware industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sanitary ware or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
