Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that resonate with the local market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverâs license and access to reliable transportation.
