In this role, you’ll leverage your sales and networking expertise to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into valuable business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to expand our pipeline, craft personalized outreach strategies, and ensure consistent lead flow. This is a part-time, remote position perfect for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and engage high-potential leads.
- Craft personalized connection requests, InMail messages, and follow-ups to maximize response rates.
- Research and build prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and market segmentation.
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn’s best practices and algorithm changes to optimize outreach efforts.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases with accurate lead information and interaction history.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with a flair for persuasive and professional messaging.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for hitting targets.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferred but not mandatory).
