Responsibility

  • Conduct daily visits to dealers, retailers, and distributors in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to drive sales and distribution activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
  • Promote U Mobile’s products and services, including mobile plans, devices, and value-added services, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to dealers on product features, promotions, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, dealer performance, and market insights to the sales manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or distribution, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with dealers, retailers, and customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, including key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile sales applications.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a plus.
