Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory (Northern Bali).
  • Identify, pursue, and secure high-value projects, including commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities in the coatings industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on Jotun’s product portfolio, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to offer expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coatings, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
