Responsibility
- Manage and respond to sales inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through strategic outreach and follow-up initiatives.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting product benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
