Responsibility
- Manage sales transactions at the counter, including order processing, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers in the construction industry.
- Provide product consultations and recommend suitable materials (BJLS, Aluminum, etc.) based on customer needs.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, sales reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions and client outreach.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or trading industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of construction materials (BJLS, Aluminum, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
