Responsibility

  • Manage sales transactions at the counter, including order processing, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers in the construction industry.
  • Provide product consultations and recommend suitable materials (BJLS, Aluminum, etc.) based on customer needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, sales reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions and client outreach.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or trading industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of construction materials (BJLS, Aluminum, etc.) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
